Public Terms & Conditions of
“Higgsfield Creative Challenge – Spotlight”

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Higgsfield Creative Challenge – Spotlight (the "Challenge") is sponsored by Higgsfield Inc. ("Sponsor"), located in California, USA. The official platform for the Challenge is the website located at higgsfield.ai/creative-challenge.
2. Eligibility
This Challenge is open to individuals worldwide, excluding residents of any territory where prohibited by law or under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge begins on June 18, 2025, at 09:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on June 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Challenge Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Entries must be submitted during the Challenge Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Challenge, participants must complete the following steps:
- Create a Video: Produce a video that is between 10 and 45 seconds in length.
- Creative Brief: The video must showcase at least one effect or template from the Higgsfield AI platform and creatively use our product features (e.g., Motion Control, Start&End Frame, Mix Effects, Higgsfield Speak, Effects, Canvas)
- Share the Announcement: Each entrant must share the Sponsor's official Challenge launch post. On Instagram, entrants must repost the launch post to their Instagram Story. On X, entrants must Quote the launch post.
- Post on Instagram or X: Upload the video to a public Instagram account as a "Reel" or to a public X (formerly Twitter) account as a video post.
- Tag and Hashtag: The post's caption (on Instagram) or text (on X) must include the official hashtag #HiggsfieldSpotLight and tag the Sponsor's official account on the respective platform (@higgsfield.ai on Instagram and X).
- Entry Limits: Participants are limited to a maximum of two (2) new video submissions per Instagram or X account per calendar day during the Challenge Period.
5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification
All Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submission that it believes:
- Fails to complete all mandatory steps outlined in Section 4 ('How to Enter').
- Contains any third-party copyrighted material or may be subject to a copyright claim or "strike."
- Includes content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise offensive, obscene, or inappropriate (NSFW).
- Submitting materially similar or identical content multiple times may be deemed a violation of the daily entry limit and may result in the disqualification of those entries.
- Shows evidence of deceptive engagement, including but not limited to the purchasing of views or likes, or the use of bot activity to inflate performance metrics.
- Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, or any other fraudulent methods will void that entrant's Submissions and that entrant may be disqualified.
- Submissions may include third-party assets, such as royalty-free music or stock footage, provided the entrant has a valid license to use such assets in their video for this purpose and can provide proof of license upon request.
6. Winner Selection and Judging
Following the conclusion of the Challenge Period, potential winners will be selected across several categories. The judging period will last up to five (5) working days after the Challenge Period ends. Winners will be announced on a rolling basis as they are confirmed, immediately following the judging process.
- Judging Panel: Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of internal experts from Higgsfield Inc. and a guest Director of Photography (the "Judging Panel").
- Judging Criteria:
- Grand Prize & Category Winners (Best Story, Best Visual, Best Sound): The Judging Panel will evaluate eligible Submissions based on creativity, originality, technical execution, emotional impact, and adherence to the creative brief. The decisions of the Judging Panel are final and binding.
- “Most Viral” Category: The winner will be the eligible participant whose single Submission achieves the highest number of plays publicly displayed on the entrant's video by the end of the judging period.
- Rising Star: Twenty (20) winners will be selected from a pool of all eligible Submissions that have achieved a minimum of 10,000 verifiable plays on their videos by the end of the judging period.
- Potential winners will be notified via **Instagram Direct Message (DM) or X Direct Message (DM)** from the official Higgsfield account and must respond within 48 hours to begin the prize claim process. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required 48-hour time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize. In such an event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prizes
A total of $15,500 in cash prizes, 5 one-year Higgsfield Ultimate subscriptions, and 20 six-month Higgsfield Pro subscriptions will be awarded.
- Grand Prize (1 Winner):
- $4,000 USD
- One-year Higgsfield Ultimate subscription.
- Official Higgsfield AI Ambassador & Direct Partner contract.
- “Most Viral” Category (1 Winner):
- $3,000 USD
- One-year Higgsfield Ultimate subscription.
- Category Winners (3 Winners: Best Story, Best Visual, Best Sound):
- $1,500 USD each.
- One-year Higgsfield Ultimate subscription each.
- Rising Star (20 Winners):
- $200 USD each.
- Six-month Higgsfield Pro subscription each.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Delivery
The entrant retains ownership of the underlying intellectual property in their Submission. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner agrees to grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the winning Submission, in whole or in part, for any and all marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (including paid advertising). As a condition of being awarded a prize, winners must agree to upload and provide the Sponsor with a full-quality, high-resolution video file of their winning Submission, free of any platform watermarks.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Challenge constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, **social media handle (e.g., Instagram or X handle)**, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Higgsfield website. By entering the Challenge, you consent to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or X. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or X.
10. General Conditions and Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected Submissions. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or the **Instagram or X platforms**. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Challenge or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Challenge and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
